These Tahini cookies are sweet and so delicious that no one can resist!
So easy to make that you won’t believe: 4 ingredients, one bowl, so no dishes- and that’s always good 🙂
Ingredients
1 cup of tahini
1 cup of sugar
200 gr. Of butter or 2/3 cup of oil (Canola\vegetable\ coconut)
3 cups all-purpose flour
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 160º C or 320º F
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or with a mixer
Make little balls from the mixture and press them lightly
Place in a baking pan with a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes
Take out the cookies and let them cool before transferring them to a box. – they come out of a soft oven, after they cool down they will have difficulty.

The dough looks a bit dry, crumbly and weird – it’s okay!

After 20 minutes in the oven they will still be soft – that’s fine! Take the baking pan out of the oven and let it cool

You should be alert to the cookies, Tahini cookies that are browned will not taste good – just like sesame burn on the pan
