When we arrived to US I started to cook a lot more then I used to. Back home, in Israel, after Friday dinner, Shabbat, our parents always send with us enough food for the whole week.
After two months here Dima ask for his mom” pasta- pizza dish”. So in the next Skype conversation with Svetlana I ask for the recipe, and I’m glad I did!
I love this recipe because it’s easy to make (barely 20 minutes), It’s insanely delicious, it’s fit to dinner or lunch and most of the time I have these ingredients in the house.
